Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

  • The product should not fall under the non-returnable items list below.

  • Customized or made-to-order equipment

  • Consumables (e.g., oils, lubricants, or accessories)

  • Software or digital products supplied with equipment

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or usage

  • Sale or clearance items


Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Products not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery date


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (bank transfer, UPI, or card).
⏳ Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Items sold under discounts, offers, or clearance are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective, or

  • Damaged during delivery
